Born in Lawrence County, raised in Pike, and many days spent visiting all the counties in-between, I couldn't help but fall in love with southern Ohio and its amazing people. I feel very fortunate to have a career that allows me to help the people of my community with their real estate needs in the most beautiful part of the state. After decades in sales and customer service, I began my real estate career in 2019. Since that time, I have received my PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor) and MRP (Military Relocation Professional) certifications and have been nationally recognized by ERA's esteemed Circle of Achievement in 2022. Where I work

I serve Pike and Scioto counties first, along with Ross, Jackson, and Adams counties and the towns around them, including Waverly, Piketon, Chillicothe, Jackson, Lucasville, Portsmouth, West Union, and Peebles. I work with buyers, sellers, and commercial clients, not just listings.

Relocation

Do you work with buyers relocating from out of state?

Yes, it's a specialty. I provide detailed video tours and virtual walkthroughs so you can narrow down homes before you ever have to travel, and I hold the Military Relocation Professional certification.

Do you handle commercial real estate too?

Yes. Alongside residential buyers and sellers, I work with commercial clients across Southern Ohio.

What areas do you serve?

Do I have to visit in person before making an offer?

No. Many of my clients start their search from out of state. My video tours and virtual walkthroughs let you evaluate homes honestly from a distance, then we make your in-person visits count.
